Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to common questions about the student enrollment and immunization process.
What if my uploaded vaccination card is blurry?
If our AI cannot read the uploaded image due to blurriness, it will prompt you to either upload a clearer image or manually enter the vaccination data. For best results, ensure good lighting and focus when taking a picture of the card.
What does a "non-compliant" status mean?
A "non-compliant" status means that the student's vaccination records do not meet the current state requirements for their grade level. This usually means a vaccine dose is missing, was given too early, or the interval between doses was too short.
