Compliance Statuses

Once vaccination records are uploaded or entered, the platform will display a compliance status for each student. This status indicates whether the student meets the current state health requirements for school entry.

Florida Rules Checking

Our system automatically validates the entered vaccination data against Florida's specific immunization rules for school attendance. It checks for required doses, minimum ages, and intervals between doses.

Downloading DH-680

If a student is fully compliant, you can generate and download the official Florida Certification of Immunization (Form DH-680). This document is required for enrollment in Florida schools.
