Microphone & Audio Issues
The avatar can't hear me. What should I do?
First, ensure that you have granted microphone permissions in your browser. Check the lock icon (๐) in your browser's address bar to verify that microphone access is allowed. Also, check your system settings to ensure the correct microphone is selected and that it is not muted.
The audio is choppy or lagging.
Audio latency or choppiness is typically related to your internet connection. LUNA uses WebRTC, which requires a stable connection. Try moving closer to your Wi-Fi router or switching to a wired connection.
Supported Languages
What languages does LUNA support?
LUNA currently supports over 30 languages, including English, Spanish, French, German, Mandarin, and Japanese. The avatar automatically detects the language spoken by the user and responds accordingly, maintaining natural conversational flow and accurate pronunciation.
AI Accuracy and Anti-Hallucination
How does the AI search product catalogs without hallucinating?
LUNA utilizes an advanced technique called Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Retrieval: When a user asks a question, the system first searches your specific, approved database (such as a product catalog or knowledge base) to find exact, factual matches.
- Generation: The AI then formulates a response based strictly on the retrieved data. If the information is not in the database, LUNA is programmed to admit it doesn't know rather than invent an answer (hallucinate). This ensures that all information provided to the user is 100% accurate and based solely on your organization's data.
